Eterna by Ajazi focuses on hidden aesthetics. Our products are designed to integrate invisibly into your space — clean lines, no visible hardware, no compromise on function. The result is a home that looks intentional and feels effortless.

2. What does the 10-year guarantee cover?

All Eterna products come with a 10-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to materials or production, we resolve it at no cost to you. The guarantee does not cover physical damage, misuse or incorrect installation.

3. Are your products suitable for all homes?

Yes. Our range is designed to work in both new builds and renovations. If you're unsure which product fits your space, contact us directly — we're happy to advise.

Orders & Shipping

4. How does shipping work and what does it cost?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 10–21 business days depending on your location. Contact us via WhatsApp or email for shipping costs to your location.

5. Can I pay on delivery?

No, we do not offer cash on delivery. We accept online payments only.

Installation & Support

6. Do you help with installation?

We don't offer direct installation services. All products come with installation guides, and we're available via WhatsApp for any technical questions.

Returns

7. How does a product return work?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. See our full returns policy for details.
