Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, here's what you need to know.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Return Conditions
The product must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging, complete with accessories and documentation
- Free from physical damage caused after delivery
How to Make a Return
- Contact us by email (eternabyajazi@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+389 70 975 146) within 14 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you full instructions for shipping the product back.
Refund
Once we receive and verify the product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Products Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives damaged, photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve it straight away.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
- The product has been installed or used
- The 14-day return window has passed
- The product was damaged by the buyer after delivery
